Refunds:

At MECA CFO Academy, we strive to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with your order details. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of the request.

Cancellations:

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Please contact our support team with your order information to process the cancellation. Cancellations made after 30 days of purchase are not eligible for a refund.

Conditions:

Refunds and cancellations are only valid within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

For bundled or promotional offers, the entire bundle needs to be returned to process a refund.
